At Safaa World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
